Responsibilities
Act as a middle person between the company and customers in resolving customers issues effectively and professionally
Assist in providing excellent customer service
Conduct follow-up call and internal survey with our customers to collect feedback on SSI and related matters
Handle customer’s service appointment
Provide feedback and monitor the progress or status of cases
Prepare weekly and monthly report
Make sure customer lounge and outlet area is always clean, need and tidy
Requirements
Posses Diploma in related discipline
Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, oral & written
Knowledgeable & experienced in customer is an added advantage
Good interpersonal skills, energetic, enthusiastic, independent & pro-active
A team player
Computer literate
