• To facilitate and assist any enquiries about products and services and to attend customers’ complaints that they can addressed and resolved timely.
• To handle customer issues professionally.
• To assist/advise outlets in resolving any issues related to after-sales.
• To prepare related documentation for after-sales cases.
• To prepare Monthly Reports.
• Degree in Automotive.
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience in Automotive or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal skills, customer oriented, inspiring and a team player.
• Willing to travel.
• Computer literate.
