Responsibilities
To assist Service Centre Manager to manage Service Centre activities, operations and manpower
To assist Service Centre Manager to meet financial target in terms of the monthly intakes, sales, gross profit, expenses and net profit
To estimate and analyse development of service centre performance
To analyze data, operational reports and prepare action plan
To ensure implement action of service policies and procedures
To ensure high quality of work – service and repair jobs
To ensure customer service and workshop area to high standard of housekeeping (5’s and cleanliness)
Requirements
Possess a degree in Automotive/Engineering or any related field
Strong problem-solving and excellent analytical skills
Highly committed and able to work in fast paced environment to meet tight schedules
Ability to interact with people at all levels
Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia (oral & written)
Possess valid D license
Computer literate
