Responsibilities

• To act as a middle person between the company and customers in resolving customer complaints effectively and professionally
• To provide feedback and monitor the progress/status of customer complaints cases
• To ensure customer lounge and outlet area is always clean, neat and tidy
• To be responsible in decorating the outlets on any festive/promotion events
• To handle customer’s appointment
• To assist superior in providing excellent customer service
• To be responsible for refreshments arrangement and to ensure refreshment are always available
• Prepare weekly and monthly report
• Administration and ad hoc matter

Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Marketing/Business Admin/Mass Communication or other related field
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
• Tactful, organized and able to multitask
• Self motivated with strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
• Proactive and assertive
• Able to work overtime or during weekend (if required)
• Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia (oral & written)
