Responsibilities
To assist Executive in daily administrative related duties such as key in staff attendance, OT, meal allowance, leave and etc.
To prepare and manage correspondences, documents, memos, reports.
To manage and maintain filing system.
To arrange service and maintenance of ferry car.
To prepare and submit MRF, PV, claims to related department.
Requirements
Diploma in Administrative or equivalents
Relevant experience and exposure in administrative job and ability to do kaizen & continuous improvement is an advantage.
Excellent in interpersonal, communication skills and a good team player.
Good attendance record, no tardiness issue.
Computer literate (Ms Words, Ms Excel, Oracle & etc)
Proactive and willing to learn new things.
