Responsibilities
To plan and implement Service Centre activities, operations and manpower
To work on meeting monthly Service Centre’s operations target
To strategize and analyse Service Centre performance
To ensure adherence of Service Policies and Procedures in daily operations
To ensure high quality of work – service and repair jobs
To ensure cleanliness of workshop area by following high housekeeping standard (5’S)
Requirements
Possess a degree in Automotive/Engineering or any related field
Strong problem-solving and excellent analytical skills
Highly committed and able to work in fast paced environment to meet tight schedules
Ability to interact with people at all levels
Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia (oral & written)
Possess valid D license
Computer literate
