- Conduct study and analysis on remuneration package vs general & Automotive market
- Manage and provide recommendations concerning policies, practices and compensation that related to other conditions of employment
- Coordinate annual activities on [performance appraisal, bonus increment and promotion and upgrading exercise
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedure based on approved changes
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Good in report writing and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Well versed in Microsoft Office Applications
