Responsibilities
To plan and implement outlet activities related to operations and manpower.
To work on meeting monthly outlet’s operations target.
To strategize and analyse outlet’s performance.
To ensure adherence of Service Policies and Procedures in daily operations.
To ensure high quality of work for servicing and repair jobs.
To ensure cleanliness of workshop area by following high housekeeping standard (5’S).
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automotive / Business Administration / Management / Customer Service or any related field.
Experience in People & Operations Management and/or Customer Service would be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong problem solving and analytical skill.
Able to multi-task and work independently, with minimal supervision (under pressure and tight deadlines).
A team player and possess a good teamwork.
Excellent user of Power Point, Excel and Word.
