Responsibilities

• Processing and verification of warranty claim data
• Update and monitor warranty data, warranty claim & Cost Sharing System (WCCS)
• Received, investigate, verified and update status of warranty claim rejection by vendors.
• Prepare summary warranty processing report.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any equivalent
• Attention to detail and independence
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
