Responsibilities
- Assisting Executives in daily administrative related duties such as preparing report on sales and daily collection, filing and data entry. Assist the Administration Executrive in providing excellent customer service
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Administrative or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years working experience especially in automotive industry
- Pleasant personality, tactful, organized, multitask and good interpersonal skills
- Self motivated with strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
- Proactive with sense of urgency
- Able to do other tasks given
- Able to work during over time or weekend (if required)
- Can communicate effectively both orally and writing in a business environment.
- Well-versed in oral/written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
