Responsibilities
- 1. Act as a middle person between the company and customers in resolving customer complaints effectively and professionally;
- 2. Assisting Customer Relation Executive in providing excellent customer service
- 3. Provide feedback and monitor the progress/status of customer complaints cases;
- 4. Prepare weekly and monthly report;
- 5. Handle customer’s appointment and monitor the utilisation of test drive car;
- 6. Ensure customer lounge and outlet area is always clean, need and tidy;
- 7. Responsible in preparing refreshments for customers;
- 8. Responsible in decorating the outlets on any festive/promotion events
Requirements
- 1. Posses a Diploma qualification in any discipline;
- 2. Pleasant personality and able to communicate well (English and Bahasa Malaysia) with all levels of people;
- 3. A team player;
- 4. Computer literate; and
- 5. Customer oriented
