Responsibilities
- To work with related department to study and develop process for service centres
- To prepare reports, slides, memo and proposal when needed.
- In charge for ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004 conducted for Head Office and outlets
- To analyze nationwide service operations’ performance
Requirements
- Degree in Automotive/ Mechanical Engineering, Operation/Business Management or any related area
- Analytical thinking and good in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Customer oriented
- Able to work according to short timeline and with minimum supervision.
- Willing to travel as and when necessary
- Knowledge in ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:20 would be an added advantage.
