Responsibilities

• -Provide advise on Company's legal matters
• -Ensure company's compliance of all statues, regulations affecting the Company's business
• -Draft, peruse and provide comments on agreements
• -Attend to litigation, industrial relations and tribunal matters
• -Handle trademark and intellectual property matters

Requirements

• -Degree in Law from local or foreign University
• -Admitted to the Malaysian Bar
• -Served a minimum of 3 years practice in a legal firm
• -Possess strong communication, interpersonal & advisory skills
• -Ability to work independently and computer literate
