Responsibilities
- • Enhancing customer satisfaction by maintaining enough level of parts supply while minimizing inventory & other cost.
- • Planning, leading, organizing & controlling operations of parts.
- • Ensure Outlet receive parts JIT.
- • To utilize, monitor & maximize the daily parts ordering.
- • Responsible for the contribution & generating stable profit for Service Outlet and monitor the performance.
- • Prepare full report & analyze data of fill rate & present to Service Head for action plans.
- • Providing strong support to the Outleti.e. improving fill rate & pre-pulling parts for mechanics.
- • Responsible in controlling the monthly parts stock holding.
- • Maintaining parts storage according to Seven Storage Techniques.
- • To manage and minimize dead stocks on monthly basis
- • Responsible on sales of parts according to their types or items.
- • To prepare the inventory of parts according to maximum-to-maximum ratios which being set by Perodua HQ efficiently.
- • Introduce Kaizen & maintaining 5S in the part storage.
- • Monitor internal stock takes on monthly basis to minimize error in updating and verify by Service Head.
- • To prepare summary data on any outstanding parts order if more than 1 day to Parts Executive& Parts Department, HQ.
- • To conduct daily stockcount by area (i.e. inventory, parts)
- • To perform any other duties specified by Service Head/Outlet Manager
Requirements
- • Degree in Automotive/ Mechanical Engineering, Operation/Business Management (must have knowledge in automotive area), or any related area
- • 1 to 2 years working experience
- • Possess valid D license
- • Good spoken and written skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- • Proficient in computer applications
