Responsibilities
- • To plan, implement and coordinate programs and activities related to Customer Service
- • To monitor, analyze and share survey result among the outlets
- • To monitor CRE development and action plans
- • To carry other tasks as assigned by superior
Requirements
- • Bachelor degree in Social Science/ Communication/ any related discipline with 2 years working experience in related area or 1 year working experience in customer service line
- • Good interpersonal, negotiation and telephone skills
- • Good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia and able to interact with all levels
- • Able to work independently and under pressure with multiple tasks and priorities assigned simultaneously
