Responsibilities

• •Develop training modules based on needs and to conduct training in areas such as Sales, Customer Service, Self Management and Leadership
• •Facilitate and assist administration in Human Capital Development policies and procedures for the Company
• •Plan and coordinate training initiatives to achieve Company Human Capital Development objectives

Requirements

• •Degree in any related disciplines
• •Minimum 2 years working experience as trainer preferably with experience in developing training modules
• •Self motivated with strong sense of responsibility and resourcefulness
• •Proficient in English & BM, oral and written.
• •Possess excellent presentation and coordination skills
• •Able to work independently and under tight schedules
• •Computer literate
• •Willing to travel
