Responsibilities

• •To supervise and ensure payments are in according to the required timeline and policy.
• •To monitor bookkeeping recordings in compliance to the accounting policy.
• •To provide input on process improvement activities.
• •To assist in daily operation including checking payments and reconciliation activities.
• •To ensure the accuracy and the completeness of Accounts Assistant everyday jobs.
• •Ensuring submission of payment documents from internal & external customers in terms of completeness and timeliness on a daily basis.
• •To safe keep all payment documents, records and ensure proper filing.
• •Detail-oriented, able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• •Other job duties and responsibilities as and when required.

Requirements

• •Degree in Accounting & Finance or Business Administration.
• •At least 1 – 2 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• •Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
• •Good interpersonal and communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• •Team player with minimal supervision.
• •Willing to work with extra hours (if required).
• •Hardworking and meticulous.
