Responsibilities
To monitor and review on branches and dealers service performance accordance with company target
Responsible to assist, advice and consult branches and dealers on their daily operations
Develop procedures that improve the efficiency and productivity of outlets operations
Coordinate and supervise development plan or activities in order to improve service outlets performance
To ensure branches and dealers comply with policies and procedures of the company
Generally act as a window between outlets and headquarters
Requirements
Degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering or related fields with minimum 2 years working experience
Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering or related fields with minimum 5 years working experience
Able to work fast paced environment and under tight schedules
Able to work independently, articulate and resourceful person
Self motivated with strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
Well-versed in oral/written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Computer literate
Willing to travel
