Responsibilities
- • Act as a middle person between the company and customers in resolving customers issues effectively and professionally
- • Assist in providing excellent customer service
- • Conduct follow-up call and internal survey with our customers to collect feedback on SSI and related matters
- • Handle customer’s appointment and test drive car
- • Provide feedback and monitor the progress or status of cases
- • Prepare weekly and monthly report
- • Make sure customer lounge and outlet area is always clean, need and tidy
Requirements
- • Posses Diploma in related discipline
- • Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, oral & written
- • Knowledgeable & experienced in customer is an added advantage
- • Good interpersonal skills, energetic, enthusiastic, independent & pro-active
- • A team player
- • omputer literate
