Responsibilities

• • Act as a middle person between the company and customers in resolving customers issues effectively and professionally
• • Assist in providing excellent customer service
• • Conduct follow-up call and internal survey with our customers to collect feedback on SSI and related matters
• • Handle customer’s appointment and test drive car
• • Provide feedback and monitor the progress or status of cases
• • Prepare weekly and monthly report
• • Make sure customer lounge and outlet area is always clean, need and tidy

Requirements

• • Posses Diploma in related discipline
• • Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, oral & written
• • Knowledgeable & experienced in customer is an added advantage
• • Good interpersonal skills, energetic, enthusiastic, independent & pro-active
• • A team player
• • Computer literate
