Responsibilities
•Attend to/and handle calls on customer inquiries, create case file and forward to person in charge
•Provide explanation to callers on general inquiries
•Arrange breakdown calls and liaise with service provider
•Act fast to resolve general inquiries and minor complaints
Requirements
•Candidate must possess a Diploma in any discipline
•Good spoken and written in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
•Natural interest to serve/communicate with people
•Have basic telephone etiquette / skills
•Cheerful / lively character
•Fast learner and able to do a multitasking tasks
•Good knowledge on Perodua products and services
•Sound knowledge on technical background is an added advantage
