Responsibilities
•Responsible to plan, execute campaigns / promotional activities to develop Sales & After Sales business
•To develop Sales & After Sales and SilverClub performers
•To organize and coordinate company conference
•To develop incentive program for Sales & After Sales team
Requirements
•Possess a Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Admin or equivalent
•A minimum of 6 years working experience
•Experience and knowledge in research and analysis is a must
•Self motivated with strong sense of responsibility and resourcefulness
•Possess excellent presentation and coordination skills
•Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, oral & written
•Good analytical thinking, planning and budget control
•Good interpersonal or communication skill
•Able to manage and motivate the team
