Responsibilities
•To check and verify monthly management account framework reports and to submit to Accounts Department on 1st of every month
•To review and check accuracy for all monthly incentive payout claims
•To compile and analyze monthly trade-in and appraisal performance results by branches for presentation during monthly regional meeting
•To ensure all full payment are collected and cheques are cleared by the bank prior to invoicing of stocks sold to wholesale customers
•To check and verify all issuance of petty cash vouchers, reimbursement and timely update petty cash flow summary
•To verify daily collection report and to bank-in daily collection promptly i.e. both cheques or cash by 11.00am each day
•Responsible to carry out 5S activities so as to enhance efficiency and productivity at workplace
Requirements
•Degree or Diploma in any related fields with minimum 2 years working experience
•Possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills
•Highly committed and able to work in fast paced environment and meet tight schedules
•Self motivated, team player with strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
•Ability to interact with people at all levels
•Well-versed in oral and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
•Computer literate
