•Provide support in the human capital planning and development in ensuring the company is complimented with sufficient workforce and possessing the right skills to deliver the desired results.
•Formulate and implement systematic and latest selection techniques for the company to ensure better assessment of candidates.
•Coordinate recruitment and employee placement to ensure vacant positions are timely fulfilled according to the operational needs.
•Conduct analysis on employee turnover, review the current procedures or flow for manpower planning and recommend alternative solutions for improvement.
Requirements
•Degree in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration or in any relevant discipline.
•At least 3 years of working experience.
•Experience in handling Unionized Environment Company will be an added advantage.
•Well-versed with all related HR acts e.g. Employment Act, Industrial Act, and etc.
•Actively involved in manpower planning and recruitment activities.
•Excellent command of both written and spoken for both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
