Responsibilities
• Responsible to oversee and monitor on the daily administrative operation, maintenance of building, manage security and staff cafeteria matters
• To liaise with HQ and other relevant parties with regards to building maintenance and security matters
• Responsible in preparing reports and submission to Head Office on weekly or monthly basis
• Ensures proper building maintenance has been carried out and security issues have been addressed accordingly
• Ensure policies and procedures are implemented and executed
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements
• Possess a Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• A minimum of 5 years working experience
• Pleasant personality, tactful, organized, multitasking and good interpersonal skills
• Self motivated with strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
• Able to communicate effectively both orally and writing in a business environment
• Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, oral & written
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook a must
