Responsibilities
- • Assist in the daily administrative works for the department
- • Organize and coordinate meetings, events and travel arrangements
- • Prepare and manage correspondences, documents, memos and reports
- • Maintain filing system
- • Responsible for keeping inventory of all office supplies and placing order for replenishment
Requirements
- • Diploma in Administrative or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year working experience
- • Pleasant personality, tactful, organized, multitasking and has good interpersonal skills
- • Self motivated with strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
- • Can communicate effectively both orally and writing in a business environment
- • Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
- • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, oral as well as written
- • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook a must
