Responsibilities
• To assist Branch Manager in daily administrative matters
• To cooperate with the internal/external party to find the best solution
• Responsible in monitoring cost, manpower payment and claims processing
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in related field with a minimum of 2 years experience
• Experienced in administration works is added advantage
• Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, oral & written
• Multitasking and priorities assigned simultaneously
• Able to work independently and under tight schedules
• Good interpersonal skills, energetic, enthusiastic,
independent & pro-active
• Pleasant personality and able to communicate effectively with the customers and all levels of employees
• Able to work in team and computer literate
