Responsibilities
- • To assist Branch Manager in daily administrative matters
- • To cooperate with the internal/external party to find the best solution
- • Responsible in monitoring cost, manpower payment and claims processing
Requirements
- • Bachelor degree in related field with a minimum of 2 years experience
- • Experienced in administration works is added advantage
- • Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, oral & written
- • Multitasking and priorities assigned simultaneously
- • Able to work independently and under tight schedules
- • Good interpersonal skills, energetic, enthusiastic,
- independent & pro-active
- • Pleasant personality and able to communicate effectively with the customers and all levels of employees
- • Able to work in team and computer literate
