Responsibilities
•Prepare monthly report for members card and debit note for dealers and insurance company based on sales registration
•Prepare payment to service providers
•Work closely with finance and insurance departments
•Handle and resolve customer complaints
Requirements
•Degree in Social Science/ Communication/ any related discipline with experience in Customer service especially in towing service
•Good presentation skills
•Experience in handling and manage membership card and activities
•Able to work with all level including service providers
•Able to work long hours and under pressure
