Responsibilities
• To assist in Finance section (preparing PV, invoices, debit notes, etc)
• To assist in promotional items (sourcing for gifts, relevant paperwork required, packing, delivery, etc)
• Assisting in event preparation
• Any ad-hoc tasks as and when required
Requirements
• Posses Diploma in any discipline
• Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, oral & written
• Good interpersonal skills, energetic, enthusiastic, independent & pro-active
• A team player
• Computer literate
