Responsibilities
•To assist pre-owned vehicles (POV) in daily operation.
•To do manual closing for POV and prepare monthly profit & loss to be reported to management.
•To assist in daily operation including checking PV, daily collection report and reconciliation activities.
•To perform monthly closing and day to day transaction.
•To ensure the accuracy and the completeness of Accounts Assistant everyday jobs.
•Ensuring submission of documents from outlets in terms of completeness and timeliness on a daily basis.
•To monitor daily payment of HP settlement and customer refund, progress of every payment, reconciliation with bank statement and creditors ageing.
•To liaise with PSSB Branches on the request of POV documentations as well as payment for short paid cases.
•To control and make accounting adjustment due to clerical error, revised of HP settlement or customer refund, financial error due to system limitation etc.
•To safe keep all branch operation documents, records and ensure proper filing.
•Detail-oriented, able to multi task in a fast paced environment.
•Other job duties and responsibilities as when required.
Requirements
•Degree in Accounting
•At least 1 – 2 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
•Good interpersonal and communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
•Team player with minimal supervision.
•Willing to work with extra hours (if required).
•Self motivated with high level of drive, energy, persistence and initiative.
•Strong communication and presentation skills.
•Well organized, able to handle multiple tasks at once.
