Responsibilities
To assist Branch Manager in daily administrative matters
To cooperate with the internal/external party to find the best solution
Responsible in monitoring cost, manpower payment and claims processing
Requirements
Bachelor degree in related field with a minimum of 2 years experience
Experienced in administration works is added advantage
Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, oral & written
Multitasking and priorities assigned simultaneously
Able to work independently and under tight schedules
Good interpersonal skills, energetic, enthusiastic,
independent & pro-active
Pleasant personality and able to communicate effectively with the customers and all levels of employees
Able to work in team and computer literate
