Responsibilities
•To prepare administration budget & compile data for month end report.
•To ensure the process under department compliance for ISO 14000 & ISO 9001.
•Responsible to the effectiveness of flight & accommodation process for staff and management :
-Monitoring modes of payment voucher for panel hotel, travelling agencies & supplier
-To monitor the arrangement for flight ticket and accommodation for outstation staff
-To negotiate the corporate rate with current and potential hotel
•Monitoring of car disposal activities :
-Request NBV and market value from related department
-Prepare proposal for car disposal
-Responsible for the smoothness of disposal process
•Responsible for the effectiveness of the telephonist.
•In charge for the efficiency of the refreshment deliverables for any occasion.
•To contribute in the initiative for the cost reduction in admin expenses.
Requirements
•Bachelor Degree in Business/ Accounting/ Engineering with at least 3 years working experience.
•Pleasant personality, tactful, organized, multitasking and good interpersonal skills.
•Able to communicate effectively both orally and writing in business environment.
•Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, oral & written.
•Proficient in Ms Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlooks.
