Responsibilities

• • To perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for the building
• • To maintain electrical, air conditioning, firefighting, lift and building systems
• • Ensure new installation and maintenance is correct, safe and legal
• • Maintain standby generator set
• • To communicate with maintenance contractor for outsource maintenance work
• • To provide reports for maintenance
• • To ensure all building services are operating in order
• • Perform any other job/function as instructed by superior

Requirements

• •Possess at least professional certificate; Wireman (PW2/PW4) issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga with civil and mechanical experience
• • Experience in property maintenance / building services
• • Able to read and understand building drawing, circuit and schematic diagram
• • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, oral as well as written
