Responsibilities

• Involve in administration and business management
• Responsible to monitor asset and stationeries
• To monitor budget control and organize requisition form and payment voucher records
• Responsible for building maintenance
• To perform audit control and enforcement
• To monitor payment to all vendors and suppliers
• Involve in EMS 14001/9001, SAFETY and security management
• To prepare report for management meeting and become parts support system

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university in Business, Management or equivalent;
• Posses 1 -3 years relevant working experience, preferably in automotive industry;
• Able to work independently and under tight schedules;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
• Good presentation skills;
• Computer literate
