Responsibilities
• To monitor and analyze sales performance trend
• To plan, develop and implement continues improvement activities related field
• To prepare management presentation material
• Monthly target setting
• Improvise and develop standard operating procedure (SOP)
• Sales Advisor development and performance analysis
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Business Admin / Engineering with at least 2 years of working experience in related field
• Knowledge in automotive industry will be an added advantage
• Proficient in English & BM, oral and written
• Able to work independently and under tight schedules
• Good interpersonal skills, energetic, enthusiastic,
independent & pro-active
• Able to work in team and computer literate
• Willing to travel outstation frequently
