Responsibilities
- • To act as a middle person between the Company and customer in resolving complaint or issue effectively and professionally
- • To assist in providing excellent customer service
- • To provide feedback and maintain the progress or status of cases
Requirements
- • Bachelor degree in related field with a minimum of 2 years experience
- • Experienced in customer is added advantage
- • Pleasant personality, tactful, organized, multitask and good interpersonal skills
- • Self motivated with strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
- • Proactive with sense of urgency
- • Able to do other tasks given
- • Able to work during over time or weekend (if required)
- • Can communicate effectively both orally and writing in a business environment
- • Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, oral & written
