Responsibilities
-Responsible to assist General Manager in all division related matters
-To prepare material for management meeting, presentation and etc
-To ensure all related document and information are documented and filing
-Responsible for meeting arrangement for General Manager
-To perform administrative duties for the division
Requirements
-Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or Management
-Fresh graduate or have an experience in management and administrative area
-Good communications skills
-Able to work in a team
-Computer literate
-Able to work with less supervision
