Responsibilities
Responsible in handling the Human Capital related matters, recruitment and industrial relation.
Assisting Senior General Manager / Manager in coordinating Human Capital activities such as compensation, labor relations, benefits, staff affairs by performing the duties personally or through subordinates.
Reviews and revises Human Capital policies and programs to make them externally competitive, aligned with business and employee needs as well as compliant with federal and state law.
Works closely with the line managers to listen and address employee issues and concerns.
Prepares directives advising department managers of company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation and employee benefits.
Assisting Senior General Manager / Manager in to provide regular updates to management on Human Capital issues and employee fedback.
Co-operate with team members in implementing and administering Human Capital matters and policies.
Represent company on any conciliationmeeting at IR or JTK.
Carry out other Human Capital related task as and when required by the management.
To lead the business unit’s organization Development initiatives in a variety area including: performance management individual development, change management, employee satisfaction, retention, mentoring and training.
To provide Organization Development expertise to support business and functional leaders and business resources.
To develop, manage and monitor best practice, research current approaches, develop a network and measure results / desired behavioral change.
To work with business leaders to identify specific training needs within each organization and monitor and develop programs to fill the gaps.
Requirements
A degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years experiences in Human Capital and minimum at least 3 years in Organization Development in large or medium size organizations.
Well versed in Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relation Act 1967.
Ability in dealing with all level of staff including Union representative.
Excellent spoken and written skills in English coupled with strong inter personal and high level presentation skills.
Good analytical ability.
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and effectively organize to achieve specific goals and to spearhead and work effectively in team environments.
Familiar with performance management, organization behavior & motivation, change management.
Strong communication & writing skills and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and under pressure with multiple tasks and priorities assigned simultaneously.
