Responsibilities
To implement Perodua Service Management (PSM) system/standard at service outlets
Responsible to improve customer satisfaction index through process improvement activities
Service Centre layout improvement, corporate image implementation and facility requirement
To conduct PSM audit at service centre, evaluation, maintanance audit and certification audit
involve with other department on new development projects
Requirements
Degree in Engineering studies
Familiar with customer handling
Knowledge in Automotive is an added avantage
Willing to travel
Good communication skill
