Responsibilities

• To implement Perodua Service Management (PSM) system/standard at service outlets
• Responsible to improve customer satisfaction index through process improvement activities
• Service Centre layout improvement, corporate image implementation and facility requirement
• To conduct PSM audit at service centre, evaluation, maintanance audit and certification audit
• involve with other department on new development projects

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering studies
• Familiar with customer handling
• Knowledge in Automotive is an added avantage
• Willing to travel
• Good communication skill
