Responsibilities

• Responsibilities :
• - Perform die repair activity including inspection, cleaning, welding, grinding,
• finishing, polishing, fitting, spotting, trials, problem analysis, dies
• dismantle/assemble
• - Operate heavy machine (spotting machine), overhead crane & medium machine
• (milling, turning,bend-saw, radiall drill, surface grinding, bending, & shearing)
• - Fill in related checksheet including die repair request, DSM, machine start-up,
• crane check, medium machine check, safety checksheet & etc.
