Responsibilities
• Assist in the daily administrative works for the department
• Organize and coordinate meetings, events and travel arrangements
• Prepare and manage correspondences, documents, memos and reports
• Maintain filing system
• Responsible for keeping inventory of all office supplies and placing order for replenishment
Requirements
• Diploma in Administrative or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year working experience
• Pleasant personality, tactful, organized, multitasking and has good interpersonal skills
• Self motivated with strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
• Can communicate effectively both orally and writing in a business environment
• Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, oral as well as written
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook a must
