Responsibilities
- • To lead and coach a team of Valuation Advisors to achieve monthly appraisals and trade-in volume targets respectively
- • To manage efficient disposal of all classified wholesale stocks to panel customers via implementing a transparent tender process and maximizing gross profits
- • Establish and review pricing guide regularly with Branch Managers as well as bench-mark with latest used car market players
- • To promote and establish a panel of wholesales customer who meets our selection criteria and actively support our wholesale business
- • To carry out assessment on appraisal skills of all Valuation Advisors and plan training program with Perodua Learning Centre to close their individual skill gaps
- • To sustain growth of wholesales and optimize monthly operational expenses so as to ensure achievement of at least break-even level
Requirements
- • Possess a Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Admin or equivalent
- • A minimum of 10 years of experience with 5 years in automotive retail sales and management
- • Working experience in used car operations or related is an added advantage
- • Good leadership quality with ability to manage, coach and motivate a team
- • Demonstrate ability in planning and formulating sales policy and strategies to drive used car sales
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- • Effective problem solving and negotiation skill
- • Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, oral & written
