Responsibilities
Developing HR training and development strategies with line managers by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements
Analyzing training needs in conjunction with line managers
Planning, directing and delivering training and development program including staff inductions, to accomplish the organization’s goals
Developing individual training program that meet the skills gap identified through training needs assessment
Designing and implementing appropriate e-learning strategies
Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills and service for the benefit of the organization as a whole
Requirements
Degree in any related disciplines
Minimum 5 years working experience in training department
Self motivated with strong sense of responsibilities resourcefulness
Proficient in English and Malay - oral and written
Possess excellent presentation and coordination skills
Able to work independently and under tight schedules
Computer literate
Willing to travel
