Document processing and compilation for Branches and Dealers (Daily)
Material Requisition Form issuance and compilation (Daily)
Data entry and data updating
Administration and adhoc matter
Requirements
Diploma in Administrative or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year working experience
Pleasant personality, tactful, organized, multitasking and has good interpersonal skills
Self motivated with strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
Can communicate effectively both orally and writing in a business environment
Able to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, oral as well as written
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook a must
