Responsibilities
- to conduct bench-marking study in CS in the automotive indusry & other relevant industries, inclusive of CS tracking mechanism
- to set the overall company CS blueprint
- to initiate & execute CS programs to improve the CS standard at HQ & outlets
- to conduct & coordinate CS workshop & conference for the team in order to achieve our target as the top 5 CS in the automotive industry (sales & service)
- Manage the budget & overall planning & execution of he plan/programs
Requirements
- a Degree holder in any related discipline from any recognised university
- at least 10 years of experience, preferably in the automotive industry, particularly in CS related field & familiar with CS tracking system & CS health check
- strong understanding in CS & how to convert it into customer retention & loyalty
- a team player, independent, strong leadership quality, able to lead/guide the team
- initiative, strong analytical thinking, meticulous & able to manage the project timeline & budget
