Responsibilities
Handled clerical works, documentation, report and staff claim
Answer incoming call internal / external
Data entry and data updating
Assist General Manager's schedule
Administration and adhoc matter
Requirements
At least SPM/STPM/Diploma in Administrative or equivalent
Pleasant personality, tactful, organized, multitasking and has good interpersonal skills
Self motivated with strong sense of responsibility
Can communicate effectively both orally and writing in a business environment
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook a must
