Responsibilities
•To implement the Perodua Service Management (PSM) system / standard at service outlets.
•Responsible to improve the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) through process improvement activity.
•To conduct PSM audit at Service Centre, evaluation, maintenance audit, and also certification audit.
•To conduct and support PSM related activities.
Requirements
•A degree in any of the Engineering background. An applicant with MBA is an advantage.
•Familiar with customer handling and hospitality management.
•Able to communicate well at all level.
•Willing to travel and able to work with less supervision and as a team.
•Support service CSI activities.
•Promote Kaizen activities.
•Perform any other assignment as and when required.
