Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily administrative works for the outlet
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events and travel arrangements
- Prepare and manage correspondences, documents, memos and reports
- Maintain filing system
- Responsible for keeping inventory of all office supplies and placing order for replenishment
Requirements
- Diploma in Administrative or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year working experience
- Pleasant personality, tactful, organized, multitasking and has good interpersonal skills
- Self motivated with strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
- Can communicate effectively both orally and writing in a business environment
- Able to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, oral as well as written
- •Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook a must
