Responsibilities
To assist Executives in daily administrative related duties such as processing customer's order
To prepare documents, reports, filing and key in data
To assist in providing excellent customer service
Follow up calls to outlets and dealers on activities and campaigns.
Printers and stationeries usage monitoring.
Data entry and data updating.
Requirements
Posses Diploma in any discipline
Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, oral & written
Good interpersonal skills, energetic, enthusiastic, independent & pro-active
A team player
Computer literate
